Step 1 - Selecting a Tartan

Select a Jacket from 1 of 8 available options - see product description for advice to which jacket goes best with your chosen Tartan.

After checkout we will contact you to discuss visiting the shop for measurements or we can send you a self-measurement form.

Step 2 - Customising your hire

Select from optional upgrades to the type of Shirt & Tie below

(no additional cost for accessories - capped at £325)

New socks & Shirt to hire & return is an additional £15

Additional customisation of your hire including Tie colour, Sock colour & Sporran type/colour are available and will be discussed when we contact you upon check out.

Callanish
Available to book for December 2025 onwards
(Note: this doesnt apply to the 'Book 5 and 6th Free)
 
Available for adults & children, starting from 18" waist upto 46" waist.
 
We suggest wearing Callanish with:
  • A charcoal, brown or green Tweed Jacket, with matching socks, White or Black standard collar shirt, Dress Sporran with Shiny or Antique Silverwear.
 
All hires come with black Ghillie Brogues & a black leather belt.
Callanish Plaids & Tartan ties are also available.
Houston Kiltmakers Jackets are all made from super lightweight fine wool Barathea, with a range of buttons & silverwear options.
 
Each Houston Kiltmakers hire outfit retail price is approximately £1500 worth of the highest quality Scottish made Kilt attire.
