MacLeod of Lewis Tartan is a vibrant yellow-based tartan with bold black checks. Leod, son of Olaf, King of Man, is the progenitor of this clan. A powerful clan, they had great influence in the Highlands and they supported King Charles II at Worcester in 1651, when almost 700 MacLeods are said to have been killed. They did not support the Jacobite Risings of 1715 and 1745.
Hire this kilt for £325 and get a loan of the jacket & waistcoat and all accessories for a function you have coming up, or pay an extra £100 when you come to collect your outfit and you can keep the kilt, then build up your outfit over the years,
